Bearings
Our team members have multiple years experience in all aspects of bearings on rotating equipment. This includes, but is not limited to: removing, installing, inspecting and adjusting bearings. To protect the customer’s interest, we also work with the machine shops to ensure quality of work was performed if needed.
Precision
Precision is an area we could go on and on about. Our members came up through the mechanical trades and not only have the knowledge, but know the tools needed to perform precision needs. One of our many specialties is the alignment of rotating equipment, whether it’s vertical or horizontal units. We are experienced in consistently checking and verifying tolerances on the machine; as well as, inspecting the parts on existing, (or those received from the manufacturer), to ensure the quality is up to standard.
Documentation
We have young, technology savy members that can take the knowledge of our experienced hands and transfer it into a formal letter or report that can be used for legal documentation. An area we strongly believe in is keeping daily logs of all events. Not only does this protect the customer, but aids in future similar projects.
Unit Alignment
As we stated before, alignment is our specialty; both horizontal and vertical. We have multiple level turbine mechanics on our staff, as well as a few old machinists. Our team has aligned all forms of turbines: Hydro Combustion; Steam; Compressor Trains; etc.

Documentation is the key to completing a successful project! Recording “As Found” and “As Left” reports protects the interest of all parties involved.
